| If the order confirmation indicates that your product will be delivered by mail or parcel service by element 5, we will keep you informed about the delivery status of your order. You will receive e-mail notification as soon as the delivery order has been forwarded to our fulfillment center and the order is on its way to you.
In the case of products shipped by UPS, you can track your order on the UPS Web site using the tracking number e-mailed to you in the delivery confirmation.
